Frequently Asked Questions
Why can't the tuner detect my instrument?
Make sure your microphone is enabled, play the note louder, and try to reduce background noise. Some very low or high notes may be harder to detect.
What does 'cents' mean in tuning?
A cent is 1/100th of a semitone. Being within ±5 cents is generally considered 'in tune' for most purposes.
Can I tune any instrument with this?
Yes! Our chromatic tuner works with any instrument that produces a clear pitch, including guitar, bass, violin, ukulele, wind instruments, and even voice.
